 2. PROCESSING TIME

Processing time is listed on the top and bottom of the website. Lead times range from same day to up to 15 days. Please review the lead times on the top and bottom of the website before placing your order. Orders will be processed on regular business days during regular business hours. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

  3. CANCELLATIONS

 After an order has been processed and label created, the order cannot be canceled. All cancelations or order edits need to be done prior to the shipping label being created. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us.

  4. RETURNS

 Returns will be accepted within 30 day(s) from the date you receive your order. Items must be returned unused and in original condition.   5. DELAYED ORDERS

 In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status. 

6. DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS 

Damaged Orders: HANG FREE LLC is not liable for damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider. 

Lost Orders: HANG FREE LLC is not liable for any lost or stolen package UNLESS shipping protection was purchased with the order. If shipping protection was not purchased and your package was lost or stolen after we hand it to the shipping carrier, we will not replace or be held responsible for the missing items.

 7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. If you choose to ship to a P.O Box, you do so at your own risk.   

 The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
