Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer the following shipping options - you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.

WE DO NOT COLLECT DUTY AND IMPORT TAXES AT CHECKOUT. THE CUSTOMER WILL BE CHARGED DUTY AND IMPORT TAXES WHEN THE PACKAGE ARRIVES. DUE TO BACK END WEBSITE RESTRICTIONS WE CANNOT COLLECT DUTY AND IMPORT TAXES UP FRONT FROM THE CUSTOMER

We apologize for any inconvenience this causes. Unfortunatley, our current website set up does not permit easy duty and import tax collection at checkout. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us and we would be happy to help. Thank you.

Order Processing Time

All orders MON-FRI will have a 1-2 business day processing time unless issues with payment, taxes or duties arise. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Ensure you have the correct address listed on your order. We will not be held liable for lost of missing packages due to incorrect addresses.

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant.

Choose DHL Shipping options at checkout.

If taxes or import duties still need to be paid, the customer will be charged before the package ships.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
